 Arcadian event site is 12,000 square feet of special event venue in a restored movie theatre. This venue has Multi-terraced levels, Two large stages, Two 24’ Movie screens, Large Dance floors, Balcony to seat 40, Rococo fireplace, 2 bridal suites, a private dining room,  patio, ample restrooms, and plenty of free parking.

Rental

Rental fee includes: All set-up and break down, White Linen Full-length Underlays (standard on all guest tables), 60” Round Tables, Ballroom chairs, Cocktail tables, Bar-height tables, Choice of Elegant Candle Centerpieces, Metal Arches, Ficus Trees, and an In-house Sound System. Separate Coatroom on Balcony. A Site Manager to assist with all vendor details for your event.

Corporate Events

For Corporate events, Arcadian can provide excellent VALUE PRICED weekday meeting packages from continental breakfast-only packages to full day packages with lunch and a 1 Hour Mixer at the conclusion of the meeting that will include Hors D’Oeuvres* and a Wine and Beer bar. 

Wedding Receptions

For wedding receptions, we will include a Wedding Cake Table Set Up with a 48” Round Table, Flooorlength White Cloth, Twinkle Lights, Cake Stand, Champagne bucket, 1 Bottle of Champagne, Toasting glasses, Bride & Groom Chair covers.


Arcadian is pleased to offer a special discounted Ceremony and Reception Package!

Arcadian will provide all Bar service & Bartenders.

Arcadian offers a number of bar packages to fit your specific event.

Arcadian can provide décor services and wedding cakes. We are happy to refer you to other professionals to help make your day memorable.

 Outside Vendors and Licensed Caterers are allowed with proof of insurance and current health inspection certificates.


 Deposit Policy

 To secure the date, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required.  Deposit is 25% if food is contracted through Arcadian, and 50% if through outside caterer.

Kitchen Fees and Additional Set Up & Break Down Fees may apply

Beverage & Bar Services

Arcadian pours 1 ¼ oz. of liquor per drink.  All drinks served from the bar are in

Plastic ware.  Glassware is available for an additional $2.75 per person.  Bartender fees start at $100.00, however, fees are waived for events meeting the minimum revenue of $500.00 per bar.  Bartenders are scheduled on a ratio of 100 to 125 people per bartender. 

Option 1 – Host Sponsored Convenience Plan

This plan may be recommended for clients who prefer a “per person” rate offering unlimited consumption of beverages, based upon a per person rate for the length of time that the bar is open.  Total cost will be based upon the guaranteed attendance or the actual attendance, if higher.
